ANet is not psychic. They have no way of knowing why you are farming the same area over and over.

If you are knowledgeable enough to use a macro to save you keystrokes, ANet believes that you must be aware that you are using a third-party program. If you were using a keystroke macro, then you are guilty as charged whether you are a gold-seller or a player.

This forum site cannot help you except to point you to support and tell you to be persistant if you were not using a third-party program. Some ban removals happen quickly, and some take longer.

Take it easy, this is guru forum not gamefaqs forum. Rand, I'm glad you get your stuff sorted out. Nobody here can really tell if anyone is guity or innocent, internet can be a cruel place to visit. Just be careful, use firefox, watch what you're downloading, scan your pc weekly and hopefully everything will be fine.
